Tube Fabrication

At Global we have a wide ranging knowledge of tube welding and fabrication. We currently utilise MIG / MAG and TIG welding processes. Our experienced welders are coded to BS EN 287 & BS EN 288 for MIG / MAG and TIG processes.

From a simple tube to flange / bracket component right through to the full fabrication of a complex tubular, formed metal assembly Global can offer the complete service. When tube diameter exceeds our tube bending capabilities we are able to fabricate tubular parts up to 254mm outside diameter, utilising rotary welding techniques.

We will design and build any assembly fixture required to maintain the customers specified tolerances. Along with this we also offer Brazing and Silver Soldering. Our welders are experienced in fabricating a wide range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other special alloys.
