CNC Mandrel Tube Bending

Our 6 CNC mandrel tube bending machines offer precision tube bending from 2mm – 101.6 outside diameter.

Expertise has been gained in producing high quality bends with tight bend radii with minimum distances between bends. Our CNC tube bending machines coupled with our co ordinate measuring machines ensure repeatability of parts to the tightest tolerances.

We are able to bend tube in a wide range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and other special alloys to suit.

We have a large range of stock tooling covering most standard tube diameters on various centre line radii. An up to date tooling list is available on request.

Much of our smaller diameter tube work is used in the medical and instrumentation industries. Typically these products are produced in 316 and 321 grade seamless stainless steel, in tube ranging from 2mm - 10mm outside diameter.

CNC Tube Ring Rolling

Currently we offer CNC ring rolling up to 20mm diameter and conventional ring rolling up to 35mm diameter.

We have considerable experience in producing both flat and rising coils. Materials typically coiled include copper tube, stainless steel tube and special alloys for applications such as refrigeration.
